Who we are

EbizDash (ebizdash.com) prepares product catalogs from vendor files and releases them to Shopify stores. It is operated by [operator legal name]. For anything about your data, write to [contact email].

What we collect

• Your account: your name and email address, and your password, which our sign-in provider stores only in hashed form. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
• Your catalog: vendor files you upload or that EbizDash fetches from your vendors, and the products, mappings, edits and AI suggestions made from them.
• Your Shopify store: when you connect a store, EbizDash reads and writes its products and inventory and reads its locations, so it can prepare and release your catalog. It does not ask for access to your customers, orders or payments.
• Keys you give us: AI provider keys, vendor API keys and passwords, and the access token for your Shopify store. They are stored encrypted and are never shown again after you save them.
• Billing: your plan and subscription status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach EbizDash.
• Activity: a record of changes made in your workspace, and server logs such as IP address and browser, kept for security.

How we use it

To run the service you signed up for: importing and preparing your catalog, releasing it to your store when you approve, billing your plan, keeping your account secure and answering your questions. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase: our database and sign-in.
• DigitalOcean: the servers that run EbizDash.
• Cloudflare: network security and delivery.
• Stripe: payments.
• The AI provider you choose (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or OpenRouter): product data you send for AI preparation goes to that provider under your own account with it.
• Search and market-data providers, when you use price comparison or image search.
• Shopify: the store you connect.

Some of these providers process data outside your country.

Cookies

EbizDash uses only the cookies that keep you signed in. It uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

• Your workspace data, for as long as your account is open.
• A deleted vendor, for 30 days, after which it is deleted permanently.
• Your store connection: when you uninstall EbizDash from Shopify, Shopify tells us and we erase the connection, its access token and the store details we read.
• Records of what EbizDash changed in your store, as part of your workspace's history.

You can ask us at any time to delete your account and its data.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections, and keys and access tokens are encrypted at rest. Access inside a workspace follows the roles you set, and every change is recorded.

Your choices and rights

You can see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to [contact email]. We answer within 30 days.

Children

EbizDash is a business service and is not meant for anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. We tell account owners about important changes by email before they take effect.
