These terms apply when you use EbizDash (ebizdash.com), operated by [operator legal name]. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

The service

EbizDash imports your vendors' product files, prepares the products with your help and with AI, and releases the products you approve to your Shopify store. Nothing is changed in your store until you release it.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe. You decide who joins your workspace and what each person may do, and you are responsible for what is done in it.

Your data

Your catalog, your files and your store data remain yours. You allow us to store and process them only to provide EbizDash to you. Our privacy policy explains how.

What you are responsible for

• Having the right to use your vendors' data and images in your store.
• Following the terms of Shopify, your vendors and the AI provider you choose.
• Checking AI-written content before you approve it. AI can be wrong, so EbizDash asks you to review changes before they reach your store.

Other services

EbizDash works with services you use under their own terms, such as Shopify, Stripe and your AI provider. AI usage is billed to you by your provider, not by us.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe, at the price shown on the Pricing page when you subscribe. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the Billing page. For questions about a charge, write to [contact email].

Fair use

Do not use EbizDash to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to send harmful code, or to interfere with the service or other customers.

Availability and changes

We work to keep EbizDash available and to improve it, and we may change features. We tell you about changes that significantly affect how you use it.

Ending your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time by writing to [contact email]. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. After an account closes we delete its data, as the privacy policy describes.

Liability

EbizDash is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or profit, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
